I went to Belynder originally because I was suffering from extensive sweating for over a decade. Throughout the two sessions however, we realised that there is a deeper, more urgent problem that has to be dealt with first. It was lack of confidence in myself and in my achievements. This lack showed mostly in my posture. The recording Belynder made for me is extremely relaxing and I expect to be listening to it for much longer than the recommended 21 days as I enjoy the effect it has on my mind. It leaves me relaxed, powerful and with great confidence in myself.
